This ABT accredited full-day course is the most extensive one day E-file training available. The day is jam packed with all the E-file techniques and skills you need, no matter which system you use. You will be taught a combination of theory and practical hands-on skills and you will leave ready to use your E-file skills on your clients - safely and confidently.

Our E-File course is FULLY ACCREDITED with ABT. The E-file course is aimed at those who have an understanding, qualification & experience in Nail treatments such as Gel Polish, Hard Gel Treatments or Acrylic Treatments. To ensure the highest standards of training, students will be required to show an understanding of the Machine, Bits & how to use them correctly and safely to pass.

What Do I Need To Bring?

This is the most extensive E-file training available for the natural nail tech. The course is jam packed with all the E-file techniques and skills you need, suited to the Gel Polish system you use with extensive cuticle work routines. You will be taught a combination of theory and practical hands-on experience in small class sizes and you will leave ready to use your new E-file skills on your clients - safely and confidently

The course runs from 10am-2/2.30pm. We begin the session covering safe and effective product removal using a host of Willow carbide bits suitable to the Gel you use. The afternoon session will cover extensive cuticle work. At the end of the course, your educator will ensure that you can demonstrate the correct and safe use of your E-file and you will receive an ABT accredited certificate.

Willow's "E-Pedi Course" concentrates on a waterless Pedicure treatment using E-file bits. Using exfoliation by E-filing rather than blades & peels. Perfect for feet that are in good condition as well as feet with cracks & fissures. 

 

Please note this is not medical pedicure training and doesn't involve any foot health practitioner/podiatrist training

If yes, then this is the course for you. We will go through the stages of consultation, area set up, Pedicure procedure each step of the way.

Here at Willow we are advocates for the "Willow Way" this means working "Your Way". If you wish to solely use E-file for prep, we have got you covered. If you would like to use a combination of E-file prep & traditional methods then we are here to support you every step of the way. 

There is no right or wrong, it's all about using the method that suits you and we adapt our teaching to each student to compliment this.

You must already hold an E-file Qualification as this is a Level 2 course.

- Theory covering health and safety, All the different types of Diamond E-File Bits, their materials/uses/shapes/benefits/properties/grits and how to clean and care for them. What is an E-Pedi, E-pedi vs traditional pedicure, what the difference is between cracks, callouses and corns, how to identify and work with callouses and cracks, recommended products, contraindications and consultation

- Practical covering how to use a variety of Diamond Bits and sanding disks to perform your pedicure, how to work with the skin and different types of skin and when to use different grits, correct speed and pressure, how to pin point problem areas, how to reduce hard skin, how to reduce and improve cracks and calluses, how to polish the skin, how to prep the cuticles, how to plan future treatments, ​

Our E-Pedi course is FULLY ACCREDITED with ABT. The E-Pedi course is aimed at those who have an understanding, qualification & experience in Pedicures, E-File and nail treatments such as Gel Polish, Hard Gel Treatments or Acrylic Treatments.
