PART 1 — TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase, access, and participation in Mastering Dual Forms: A Complete Guide, delivered by PrettyEdgy Nails (“we”, “us”, “our”) via our Kajabi website (the “Platform”).

By purchasing or accessing the Course, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to:

1.1 Digital Product Definition & Consumer Rights

For the purposes of these Terms, a digital product is any content or material delivered electronically via the PrettyEdgy Nails Platform, including but not limited to:

Online courses, lessons, or tutorials
Video content
Downloadable worksheets, templates, or guides
Access to the Community Hub or any digital learning materials
Any additional digital resources associated with the Course

No physical products are included unless explicitly stated.

1.2 Access & Delivery

By purchasing or accessing a digital product, you consent to immediate electronic delivery. Access begins when your login details are issued and continues for the duration stated at purchase.

1.3 Cooling-Off Period & Digital Content

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase.

This Course is a digital product delivered immediately upon purchase.

By accessing the Course content (including viewing lessons, videos, or downloading materials), you expressly request immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that you waive your statutory right to cancel once access begins.

If you do not wish to waive your cooling-off rights, please do not access the Course content during the 14-day cooling-off period.

Once digital content has been accessed, no refunds will be issued.

1.4 International Purchases & Cooling-Off Rights

Cooling-off rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations apply to UK (and EU) consumers only.

Students purchasing this Course from outside the UK and EU are not entitled to statutory cooling-off rights and are bound solely by the refund, cancellation, and access terms set out in this policy.

By purchasing the Course, all students confirm their agreement to these Terms regardless of their country of residence.

1.5 Relation to Course Modifications

Updates, amendments, or changes to course content, features, or the Community Hub do not entitle students to a refund or partial refund, even if these changes occur during the access period.

2. Course Access

2.1 Access Duration

Each PrettyEdgy Nails online course includes a specific access duration, which will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

Unless stated otherwise:

Access begins when your login link is issued.
Access automatically ends at the conclusion of the stated period.
Students who do not complete within this period must purchase a paid extension, if available for that course.

PrettyEdgy Nails reserves the right to change, adjust, or amend access durations at its sole discretion.

2.2 Access Extensions

Extensions are only available to students who have previously purchased the Course.

If you purchase an extension without existing enrolment, it will be cancelled and refunded within 28 working days.

2.3 Community Hub Access

Tier 2 and Tier 3 students receive access to the Community Hub for as long as the Community Hub exists.

PrettyEdgy Nails may modify, restrict, or discontinue the Community Hub at any time without prior notice.

Community Hub access may be revoked for any breach of policy.

2.4 Individual Student Access

Course access is for one named student only.
Sharing login details or course materials is strictly prohibited.

3. Refund Policy (UK Consumers)

3.1 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase.

This Course is a digital product delivered immediately upon purchase.

If you do not wish to waive your cooling-off rights, please do not access the Course content during the 14-day cooling-off period.

Once digital content has been accessed, no refunds will be issued.

3.2 4. Rescheduling or Deferring (After Purchase)

Rescheduling requests must be made within 7 days of purchase and within the 14-day cooling-off period.

Rescheduling is not permitted once:

The cooling-off period has ended, or
The in-person date is within 7 days of delivery

A £20 administration fee applies to all approved rescheduling requests.

All new dates are subject to availability and must be mutually agreed. If no suitable alternative date can be agreed, the full course fee will be forfeited.

Exceptional Circumstances

PrettyEdgy Nails may, at its discretion, allow a reschedule outside the standard timeframe for:

Serious illness
Bereavement
Critical personal circumstances

We reserve the right to request evidence (e.g., medical note, official documentation). A £20 administration fee applies to all approved exceptions.

Educator Changes (In Person Courses)

If PrettyEdgy Nails needs to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer a mutually convenient alternative date. No additional fees will apply.

4. Certificates

Tier 2 and Tier 3 students receive a digital (none accredited) certificate of completion upon successful completion.
Tier 1 does not include certification.
Certificates are issued only when all requirements (lessons, assessments, case studies, etc.) are completed within the active access period.
1:1 in person students will receive a digital (none accredited) certificate of completion upon successful completion of pre course theory, assessments and in-person practical sessions..

5. Digital Product, Intellectual Property Policy & Confidentiality

This Course is based on years of professional experience and is for your personal learning only.

You may NOT:

Copy, screenshot, download, record, or distribute Course content
Share, upload, or reproduce materials anywhere
Use any content or skills gained to teach, train, or re-educate others
Advertise or offer this Course (or its content) as your own
Remove or alter PrettyEdgy Nails branding, copyright notices, or trademarks
Do anything that harms PrettyEdgy Nails’ reputation or the integrity of the Course

Any breach may result in:

Immediate removal from the Course and Community Hub
Permanent loss of access without refund
Legal action

5.1 Sharing Student Work, Photos & Feedback

PrettyEdgy Nails may from time to time request:

Photos of your work
Progress images
Feedback, testimonials, or reviews

By enrolling, you agree that:

PrettyEdgy Nails may request to share your submitted work or feedback for marketing purposes.
If you provide written consent, PrettyEdgy Nails may use these on:
- Websites
- Social media
- Email marketing
- Promotional materials
Students cannot profit financially from the use of their progress photos, work, or testimonials shared by PrettyEdgy Nails.

Consent will always be requested before any identifiable student work is posted.

5.2 Confidentiality

Both PrettyEdgy Nails and the student agree to keep confidential all information shared during the course, including:

Business practices
Course content
Pricing
Processes, methods, or strategies
Student/client discussions

This confidentiality obligation lasts:

For the duration of the course, and
For 2 years after the course ends or is cancelled.

Information may only be disclosed:

If required by law
If ordered by a court or regulatory authority
If the information becomes public through no fault of the disclosing party

Any breach may result in legal action.

6. Accreditation & Student Responsibilities

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all PrettyEdgy Nails online courses are non-accredited and provided for informational purposes only.

Students are fully responsible for:

Holding appropriate qualifications
Maintaining correct insurance
Ensuring the techniques can be legally used in their region

PrettyEdgy Nails is not responsible for:

Misuse of information
Incorrect application of techniques
Business or treatment outcomes

7. Student Responsibilities

Students must:

Provide accurate enrolment information
Keep login details confidential
Complete all lessons, modules, assessments, and booked 1:1 sessions within the access period
Use the Course for personal education purposes only
Behave respectfully in the Community Hub

We may remove students who violate these Terms.

8. Liability

PrettyEdgy Nails is not liable for:

Allergic reactions
Injuries
Damage to nails, tools, or equipment
Incorrect use of products
Service outcomes
Business or financial loss

Students assume full responsibility for their own practice and results.

9. Course Modifications, Updates & Discontinuation

PrettyEdgy Nails may, at any time:

Update, improve, or refine course content
Remove or replace modules
Change features or delivery format
Retire or discontinue a Course

If the Course is discontinued, you will receive reasonable notice where possible, but:

No refunds will be issued
Access will end when the Course retires
Extensions will no longer be available

Updates do not qualify for refunds.

10. Platform Access & Technical Issues

We aim to provide smooth access, but temporary issues may occur (maintenance, updates, outages).
This does not qualify for refunds or extensions.

Students are responsible for:

Using a compatible device (desktop/laptop recommended)
Ensuring stable internet
Using a suitable browser (Chrome recommended)

We may request temporary access to your account to resolve technical issues.

11. Payment Terms

Payments must be completed in full unless using an approved instalment plan.
Missed instalments may result in suspended access.
Failure to complete payments may result in permanent removal.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

Your data is handled as described in Part 2: Privacy Policy.
By enrolling, you consent to data processing necessary for Course delivery.

13. Notices

Notices may be delivered via:

Email
Written communication

Emails are considered received at the time of sending (or next business hours).

14. Variation

No changes to these Terms are valid unless made in writing by PrettyEdgy Nails.

15. Waiver

Failure to enforce rights does not waive future enforcement.

16. Severance

If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the remainder remains in full effect.

17. Third-Party Rights

No third party has rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.

18. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
All disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

19. Agreement

By purchasing and accessing the Course, you confirm that you agree to all Terms & Conditions in this document.

These Terms & Conditions form the entire agreement between PrettyEdgy Nails and the student.

They replace any prior:

Discussions
Emails
Verbal agreements
Promises not included here

This does not limit liability for fraud.

20. Updates & Amendments

PrettyEdgy Nails may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the course indicates acceptance of updated Terms.

21. Offers, Pricing, Content & Availability

PrettyEdgy Nails reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, amend, suspend, or remove at any time and without prior notice:

Course content, lessons, modules, or resources
Bonuses, offers, discounts, or promotional pricing
Community Hub content, features, or availability
Course structure, delivery method, or learning materials

Any changes may be made for reasons including, but not limited to, course improvement, updates, business requirements, or operational changes.

Where content is added or expanded, this does not entitle students to a refund, partial refund, or price adjustment.

Where content, offers, or features are removed or amended, students are not entitled to compensation, refunds, or extended access unless otherwise required by law.

Current and future pricing reflects the value of the Course at the time of purchase, and any promotional pricing or launch offers are time-limited and may be withdrawn at any point.

PART 1A — In-Person 1:1 Training with Digital Course Access

This section applies only to courses that include both in-person training and access to digital course content.

Nature of the Service

These courses are a combined service, consisting of:

Immediate access to digital course content, and
A reserved, non-transferable 1:1 in-person training date.

Cooling-Off Period

Where digital access is provided immediately, the cooling-off right may be lost once access begins.

If the in-person training is scheduled to take place within 14 days of purchase, you acknowledge and agree that the service will begin within the cooling-off period and that your statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations does not apply.

Refunds

Due to the nature of this combined service:

No refunds are available once digital access has been provided, or
Once the in-person training date has been reserved.

Rescheduling (In-Person Training)

Rescheduling requests must be made within 7 days of purchase and are subject to availability.

A £20 administration fee applies to all approved rescheduling requests.

If no suitable alternative date can be agreed, the full course fee will be forfeited.

Exceptional Circumstances

In cases of serious illness or bereavement, PrettyEdgy Nails may, at its sole discretion, allow a deferral. Supporting evidence may be requested.
